This will discuss and understand - toolbox talk is a very short informal safety talk and all about sharing best practice. To ensure effective toolbox talks, you will need to ensure that all workers participate and are engaged in the toolbox talk. Knowing and understanding the material delivered is really important too, thus ensuring good delivery.
