Job Description
TUTIS Training is seeking a full-time HSE Trainer to join our team in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role involves delivering health and safety training programs and supporting our clients' compliance initiatives across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and conduct health and safety training programs
- Perform HSE risk analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation
- Generate reports and documentation
- Mentor team members and deliver public presentations
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of Health & Safety experience in construction, industrial or infrastructure sectors
- Diploma or certification in a relevant health and safety field
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Expertise in HSE risk analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong team mentoring, public speaking and coaching skills
- Advanced communication abilities across organisational levels
- Strong computer, incident reporting and documentation skills
- NEBOSH, OSHA or IOSH certification an advantage
